Weather in Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka is a year-round destination with consistently warm temperatures and lots of sunshine.
There isn’t one perfect month and showers can occur at any time. The southwest coast and
central hills are best between December and April, which is also an ideal time for whale and
dolphin watching. The southwest waters become rougher in April, followed by increased humidity
in May, so these months through to September are best spent further north and on the east coast.
The central hills remain cooler all year and the only months we'd recommend avoiding are
October and November, when rainfall is less predictable.

Weather in India
India’s four seasons exhibit strong variations, with summer months (March to June) seeing temperatures rise up
to 40°C or higher in certain areas. Pre-monsoon thunderstorms are common in northeastern and eastern parts,
while hot and dry winds prevail in the plains of northwest India. The monsoon season (July to September) brings
three-quarters of the country’s yearly rainfall. Autumn (October to December) marks the transition to winter, with temperatures and humidity slowly decreasing. Winter (January and February) sees average temperatures ranging
from 10°C to 15°C in the northwest and 20°C to 25°C in the southeast. Heavy snowfall in the mountainous
regions occurs during these months, with temperatures dropping well below zero.

Weather in the Maldives
The best time to go to the Maldives is between January to April as minimal rain, brilliant blue skies and warm
sunny days. Temperatures in The Maldives in January are around 28ºC, increasing slightly by April to 29ºC on average. May to September is classed as the wet season in the Maldives—it remains a time for travel. While
humidity and rainfall do rise during these months, the low-lying nature of the islands causes rain clouds to
pass swiftly, resulting in typically brief rain showers. The hot, dry weather returns to the Maldives in October
to December - expect long days of idyllic sunshine and temperatures in the high 20°Cs - low 30°Cs.
